Email hello@heybriz.com and we will answer within three business days. heybriz is in beta and a person reads every message.
Any of these that you know — none of them are required, they just save a round trip:
Chrome asks for the microphone on an ordinary tab, not in the side panel, so the first time you press the mic heybriz opens a small page for that. Allow it there once and the panel listens from then on.
Chrome does not let extensions touch its own pages. On chrome:// pages, the Web Store, or a blank new tab, heybriz can still open a site for you ("open YouTube"), but it cannot click or type there. Go to an ordinary site and try again.
Two things make heybriz stop and ask. Either the action is hard to undo — sending, buying, deleting — or more than one thing on the page could have been what you meant. Open Why this on the step to see which, and what else it was considering.
If you ran out of credits, the work stops where it was and says so. Top up, then tell heybriz to continue — it picks up from there rather than starting over.
If it stopped for another reason, the conversation keeps what it had already found. Say what you want it to do next.
Signing, payment, transfer and deletion are refused in the software itself, and some actions ask you before they run. That is by design — those stay yours to do. It is not a fault, and asking again will not change it.
Your balance and history are on heybriz.com once you sign in. Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record, so their name appears on your statement rather than ours. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy — and if credits were spent because heybriz malfunctioned, tell us and we will make it right.
What we store, and what stays in your browser, is set out in our Privacy Policy. To have your account and its records deleted, write to us at the address above.
heybriz is operated by Shukream, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea (business registration number 744-24-01992).
