These terms are the agreement between you and heybriz. By installing the desktop application, its Chrome extension, or creating a heybriz account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use heybriz.
heybriz is operated by Shukream, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea, business registration number 744-24-01992. In these terms, "heybriz", "we" and "us" mean Shukream.
heybriz is early software offered by invitation. It will change, it can be interrupted, and it can be wrong. There is no uptime commitment and no service level agreement. Do not rely on it for anything where a mistake would be costly or hard to undo.
heybriz carries out tasks you give it, including operating your web browser. It acts on your instruction and on your behalf, in sessions where you are already signed in.
You are responsible for what you ask it to do and for the result. Signing, payment, transfer and deletion are refused in the software itself, and other consequential actions ask you first — but those are safeguards, not a guarantee. Review what the assistant is doing, and do not point it at accounts or systems you are not authorized to use.
heybriz is for people who are at least 18 years old and can enter into a binding contract. By using it you confirm that:
You need an account for the hosted service. One account is for one person — do not share it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at hello@heybriz.com as soon as you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. We may suspend an account we cannot verify.
If you are accepting these terms for a company, you confirm you may bind it, and you are responsible for getting whatever consents your own people need before they use heybriz through your account.
Work that runs on our servers is paid for with credits. Accounts start with free credits, and you can top up. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Every account has an invite link. When someone signs up through your link and makes their first top-up, you both get 5,000 credits. These credits expire three months after they are granted, and you can earn the reward for up to 10 people per year.
We can change the reward, the yearly limit, or end the program. Changes apply to invites made after the change, never to rewards already granted.
You own what you create with heybriz — your documents, and the workflows you record. We do not claim ownership of them.
To run the service we need your permission to handle them. You grant heybriz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce and process your content for the purpose of operating heybriz for you.
For recorded workflows, that license goes one step further. It also covers improving heybriz: studying how workflows are built and how they run, creating derivative works from them — such as general guidance that helps the assistant work more reliably on a given site — and making those derivative works available to other heybriz users and building them into the product. This part of the license is sublicensable and continues after your account ends, because an improvement already built into the product cannot be taken back out of it.
Two limits on that, which we hold ourselves to:
heybriz sends your requests to AI model providers, and it operates websites you direct it to. Those providers and sites have their own terms, and we do not control them. We are not responsible for what a third-party site does, or for it changing in a way that breaks a workflow.
You can stop using heybriz and close your account at any time; write to us and we will delete your stored data. Unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy.
We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or where we must in order to protect the service or other users. If we end your account without cause, we will refund unused credits.
heybriz is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that heybriz will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of error, or that anything it produces will be accurate.
To the fullest extent the law allows, heybriz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to heybriz is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
Some places do not allow these limits. Where that is the case, they apply to you only as far as the law allows.
We will update the date above when these terms change, and will notify account holders of material changes by email before they take effect. Continuing to use heybriz after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts of Seoul have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.
